TODAY'S WEIGHT LOSS TIP
Pamper Yourself |
|
We all need some TLC (tender loving care) and on a regular basis. There's nothing at all wrong with being
good to ourselves. Don't ever feel guilty about taking time to attend to your own needs.
It's OK to have some pleasure
and joy in your life, too. Remember the old saying, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy!" (or Jill a dull girl.)
Just
keep in mind that the TLC, the self-care, joy, and pleasure should be of excellent quality. Do not settle for temporary or
shallow treats like too much food, drink, drugs, or self-destructive behaviors. Quality self-pleasure like taking care of
your health, loving companionship, family time, relaxation and recreation time all can't be beat in terms of real, deep, and
lasting pampering. |
